When do I get paid?
Connections Employment Agency operates a weekly payroll, processing
pay for the previous week's work. Cleared funds are available in your account by
Friday, providing we have received your signed/authorised paper/electronic timesheet
by 10am Monday following the week worked.
What is the procedure for filling in a timesheet?
Complete your timesheet daily, record overtime* separately and deduct time taken
for lunch breaks.
Calculate total hours worked to the nearest quarter hour. Ensure your timesheet
is completed correctly including: week commencing date, your name, the name of the
company where you are working, total hours worked and the client's signature/authorisation.
IMPORTANT: Your timesheet must be signed/authorised by the company in order for
you to be paid.
* Overtime must be agreed in advance with Connections Employment Agency’s’
Temporaries Manager, not all organisations operate an overtime time scheme and each
will vary depending on where you are working.
