Telesales Manager required for position based in Belle Vue
Our client is looking for an experienced sales leader to sell vehicles for them - not just a salesperson, but someone who can build relationships, negotiate professionally and maximise their team's performance. Your ability to manage and develop your team will be a key part of the role.
This is a sales role. The more you and your team sell the more you'll earn. You will be successful by matching the right vehicles with the right buyers for the best price.
Your mission is to find buyers for vehicles. Your team will work with the industry's largest wholesale inventory and buyers to find homes for thousand's of vehicles every year.
Their buyers need a ready supply of vehicles they know how to sell and can make money out of.
Their telesales team is fully integrated with the company range of physical and online sales, providing you with unique opportunities to target buyers for every vehicle. This includes access to the company’s live vehicles sales data and market leading pricing tools to help ensure the best prices are achieved.
Your team will have also have access to vehicles that are remote from our branches - on a forecourt, in a compound or perhaps still part of a fleet - as well as vehicles that are not visible to other buyers. Their ability to sell a wider range of vehicles helps us to secure additional volume from our vendors.
