Job Description and Desired Skills / Experience :
The Digital Marketing SEO Consultant is a member of the Search team. Their role is to provide support to the Senior Members and provide information, analysis to the Search Team members and where appropriate to the client. This is an entry level in to the team and you will be required to have a strong combination of numeracy, literacy and analytical skills.
You will be trained to generate organic and Social Media campaigns through keyword selection and the creation of titles and descriptions. You must examine campaign activity and extract information and analysis to provide the client and Search Manager with accurate information regarding campaigns. You will also highlight failings with the client campaign and be able to rectify the issues to ensure maximum ROI.
Role Responsibilities:
Support the Search Team and to maximise gross margin and efficiency of campaigns
Assist the Search Executives in producing campaigns as delegated by the Search Manager
Provide reporting and campaign analysis to the Search Manager and the Operations Director as and when required
Meet and exceed internal and external client expectations for product and service
P rovide data and service excellence to the Sales and Account Management Teams
Offer solutions and options for client issues and issues within the team and to escalate solutions and options to Search Manager where appropriate
Role Tasks:
Examine Search campaigns activity and to extract information and analysis using reporting tools
Use the web tracking and analysis tools available to further analyse and optimise the campaigns to improve ROI
Set up new campaigns using a preferred account structure through keyword selection and the creation of effective titles and descriptions for Ad text
Pro-actively liaise and report to clients
Generation, production and provision of information to the Search Manager, Account Manager, Operations Director and Managing Director when required
Manage supplier relationships for search products
Provide leads for the sales and account management teams
Provide suggestions to assist campaign improvements
To complete any other job related tasks as specified by the Search Manager
