Data Analyst / Web Developer required for a position based in Didsbury

This role is an excellent opportunity for an analyst developer to showcase their skills in database analytics and system development with a particular focus on web-based systems.  Working with a range of technologies including Oracle, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, VB and C# .NET you will be responsible for supplying the data on which the company relies. The role is roughly 50/50 split between database analytics and development although each week will be different. You will be working on a combination of new reports/analysis, larger project work and also supporting existing data driven and web products.
 
The ideal candidate will not only be able to provide the technical expertise but must also be able to contextualise the work they are doing. You will be expected to interpret user requirements into workable products and also provide analytics on the business as a whole.
 
On the job training will be provided in the specifics of the business IT systems but this role expects familiarity with the technologies in the job description through past experience and qualifications.
 
There are proven progression routes within the department and organization for the candidate to develop their career.
 
Hours : 37.5 per week
 
Holidays : 25 days
