Collections Team Manager required working in Carrington
The Collections Team Manager has initial supervisory responsibilities for a team of Collections Agents, ensuring Inbound and Outbound campaigns are managed in line with business needs and demands. They will motivate coach and develop the team to meet and exceed department KPI's and targets on a monthly basis to lead to on-year targets being met.
Relevant experience in a similar role is essential, together with previous experience in a financial services environment. The jobholder must have outstanding leadership skills with a willingness to uphold targets in line with quality.
Package : £22000 - £25000
Hours : Shifts between 8.00am – 8.00pm
