Client Liaison Officers required for position in Carrington
Maintains contact with customers from the first introduction call to completion of the account by building client relationships
Effectively answer queries of all types from the customers and offer additional products
Offer outstanding customer focus ensuring customer expectations are met and queries are resolved to the satisfaction of both business and customer
Achieving targets on cross selling and other targets is necessary
Effective communication and a positive attitude will ensure success in the role
THE ROLE IS BASED IN CARRINGTON WITH VERY LIMITED ACCESS TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IT IS THEREFORE HIGHLY DESIRABLE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.
Package : £15,000 - £17,000 + upto £300 Bonus per month + Excellent Benefits
Hours : Working alternating shifts; 8am – 4.30pm / 9am – 6pm / 11.30am – 8.30pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 4.30pm (with a day off in the week)
Holidays : 20 Days, rising with service
