Two Customer Service Team Member / Concierge / Caretaker required for position based in Manchester

Must have very good customer service skills - possibly someone with a hotel concierge background
The role of a Customer Service Team Member requires a high degree of customer focus plus stong building maintenance/facilities management background.
The role will involve working as part of the front of house team and alongside the back of house team within one of our busy building groups. Role involves Security, Reception and Customer Service.
The first point of contact for anyone stepping into the building you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, welcoming and directing visitors and managing the movement of couriers, suppliers and contractors.
You will also set the standards in hospitality for our customers and their visitors ensuring the front of house area is clean, tidy and presentable.
Adhering to Health and Safety procedures whilst working at height and some lifting may be required.
 
Hours : Shifts between 6 am – 10 pm (5 out of 7 days)            
 
Holidays : 23 days + stats
